So then, The Sick Unicorn (who I should really give a name, as well as his parasite).
First we have the general idea of what his original live body once looked like. The style of unicorn while heavily influenced by today's equine trends, also has a considerable cervine influence, as well as a touch of llama and goat. I need to point out various details like how I want the horn to look or mentioning areas I'm thinking about adding more feathering, as well as notes like the fact that the feather is heaviest and logest from the fetlock although plentiful down the back of the leg from the hocks and a little thinner and sparser down the front of the legs.
The second is a rough depiction of his zombiefied state from his good side (the left side is almost entirely down to the bones and tendons), we can see that his ribcage is almost entirely uncovered and that below which there is very little left except for spinal muscles and a few attachements in to the thighs. There is little to no fur and skin left over his lower jaw, and the middle of his horn casing is laid bare to the bone, a peice of the tip remains adhered to the end, while the base shows a gaping crevasse between outer shell and bone. Finally we see his parasite hanging down below.
And the Third drawing is a very rough depiction of the basic bodyplan of the parasite. Part giant isopod, part Geiger Xenomorph, part house centipede. The head and face are the crux of the giant isopod features, with the mouth being like the Xenomorph (although without the second mouth, the teeth are heavily modeled after it) It has a pair big round simple eyes that shine almost cute, all the more terrifyingly juxtaposed with the menacing features. It may also have smaller eyes dotting it's forehead between its long antennae. The body is long and centipede like, and it can carry the first third of it's sectioned body upright, allowing it to strike out and grip with its long claws. The tail ends in isopod like plates, with three antennae like appendages trailing off from below them, they bristle out like feathers near the end and it is with these that it burrows into its host's nervous system to control its locomotion. It is a dark mottled rusty red color not unlike that of drying blood(equal parts natural coloring as well as poor hygiene).
