rarakie, kyma and myself decided to make our fursonas into starter pokemon, mine being the water type that I geared towards speed :U
I did have shiney versions done up, but I didn't know how to fit them onto the sheet.
If you want to make your own you can find the template this away.
Edit: Changed the later two forms from water/fighting to just water. Changed up the moves a bit as well, they may still get modified further though.

damn pokemon, they got their claws in me since i was ten and I'm not gonna be able to stop playing their games. and now they got a starter otter pokemon, that's it they got me. neat awesome pokemon template and I always choose the water types, I wanna make a non-starter version f my fursona.
I really do think they should have quit a while back. x3 The last few incarnations of Pokemon have kinda smacked of desperation rather... maybe they should get you to do some new ones, so they don't look like rejects from Digimon. xD I'd love to play that Pokemon photography game from the N64 again though... happy times! *goes misty eyed*
Oh, awesome =D! Conveniently enough, I've made a three-stage evolution fan pokemon about a year or two ago, moves and everything (though the original sketches have been misplaced). After seeing this and your template, i feel like a remake is in order. I'll try to get started on it soon.
Sounds more like an "otterdog" to me. Thats just my opinion based on his description ^^
