Among the wolves are sometimes born those without color to their fur or eyes. They are born at the height of the full moon, and have power like that of the gods. They are known as "White Wolves", "Luna's Children", or "Walking Gods".

Such children are literal descendants of Luna and Solaris, the sun and the moon. When the children of the earth need guidance, leadership, or powerful warriors, the sun and the moon come together, and they give their child to a mated pair of the god-blessed lines for them to bear and raise.

Lupis is the latest of the White Wolves, born in a time of increasing turmoil among the children of earth. Educated since his youth in the ways of wolf and otherkin, he prepares for the day that Luna will guide him along the path to protect all. Powerful even compared to previous White Wolves, he has the most difficult task of all. And Luna will call him sooner than he expects...
