Lily Blossom, one of the recolored ponies from Hasbro's second(?) toy release.
I picked up Lily Blossom and Cheerilee one day before work, and even though the toy is a recolor, I actually really like the toy. She's described on Hasbro's site as "LilyBlossom is known for being graceful when she flies, but she is just as elegant on all four hooves!"
The thing I loved most about her picture was her mane and tail, so the art bug bit me and I sat down and produced this. I sort of mangled her hair a bit since it's complex as all heck but it still turned out alright. I think I am going to do some more art of her in the future. She's my favorite recolor pony, and one of the top favorites in my collection.

It's just using a different program. Instead of Photoshop I'm using ArtRage, which mimics traditional mediums rather than standard digital lines/colours/whichever. It's clunkier at times, but it also produces a different look and feel to art pieces.
This doesn't mean I won't be going back to the other style, cause I will definatly be doing photoshop works as well. I'm just working in Artrage at the moment because it makes me feel more...comfortable.
Not to mention, the artist in me always enjoys f-ing around with different styles. XD
