A small pencil shaded commission i did for Asphyxia-Lemieux and her friend Furlop in a Bonnie and Clyde themed picture.
I guess this is one of those subjects that every illustrator wants to depict at least once in life XD

Here is one of the few images of the shotgun: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:B.....rsenal1934.jpg
The shotgun was shortened at both ends. In essence, he wanted a close-quarters scattergun that would do the most damage and be an ominous weapon to brandish easily as well as conceal and wield. It was meant for accuracy or to be aimed like a typical shotgun. The butt end of the stock wasn't needed for the intended purpose of the modified version.
With more refinement of the background, it would make for an excellent illustration in a graphic novel.
Oh, I wanted to mention to you. You should look into purchasing "Tales of Perissa" from an online shop. Very entertaining stories. Medieval content and language, and fantastic illustrations to go along with the stories. :D
