I know I'd say I'd critque so here it is. I'm sorry if it sounds a bit cruel, and I'm not on my best mood, but I'll get it done. the neck is fairly long, and the collar of his shirt would most likely be pretty flush against the neck. the shoulders start fairly early and come down farther from their start then they should. the hair looks kind of like it should come out farther on the right side. I like the eyes and ears though and you did a fairly good job. I don't know the character and I know straight on views tend to be the hardest to draw.
