It's so weird getting to cuddle a baby bird. Where I work we don't want to imprint them so we have to feed them while they can't see us and minimize all noise and contact with the chick.
The baby penguins are imprinted to a point. They know they're a penguin but are trained to look at people as momma who feeds them.
