A 'pervy ears' girl that I won in an auction that  kaeko was holding.

Also, yes, those are hand ears. To clarify some things:
-She is blind
-Her ears have eyes that see for her
-She can communicate with the ears, which do not speak aloud.
-The ears have its own mind in a sense, and sometimes get a bit perverted. Occasional boob gropes are normal.
-The ears can extend down to her knees, and are quite powerful.
