art by me.. took about two hours traditional sketch plus five-six hours digital inking coloring and variations made... Details will be uploaded to scraps
i'm still iffy on the wing design, its kinda Blah shape wise, so i may play with that more, butt for now here is my new character, Rupee. (note this is not a new fursona, just a new character)
