I decided that I would put this up for anyone desiring to make a Shlealin that may need/want a base for creating one.
So you may add if you desire, genitals: All variations

Nothing other than what is stated in the comments. The adoptables were to get people to see them, and to give ideas for those wishing to create them.
As far as I know, Aryn's only request is to have them styled in what shi designed for them, and to give her credit for the original creation. I believe you can use it for anything else you desire, be it sex, story or what not. I do know shi hasn't had a chance to write down the lore for the backstories, but I presume it will happen soon.
You could probably note hir if you wanna double check.
