Yeah, I saw them online and I as a German did find them a bit disturbing. I did however like the old "Dambuster" advert by Carling Black Label, since it pokes fun of Germans as well as Britons (especially at the inabillity of the later to win anything at penalties against the former).

I've seen the Carling Black Label "Dambusters" ad on YouTube as well, that is rather funny.

Well, we Germans still like the Britons. Maybe its also a bit pity, after all their precious empire went down the drain in the last 100 years and, like a has-been celebrety on Big Brother, they still act like a superpower, even thou today they are nothing but a province in the EU, which is dominated by Germany and France (the old arch-enemys). The thing is they may have won the war (with a little aid from the US and the USSR) but they have lost the peace. Its pathetic but still kinda droll. Its like "Haha, look how cute, the island monkeys think they still matter." Plus they are easy prey at international football tournaments. We just love them!
