Atax (Ay-ticks) Rayne is Neon's little sister. She's cattier than her brother, also a foxtie.

Extra: When drawn from behind, the hearts are MANDATORY to have. I cannot stress this enough. And her hair (although not drawn here) is dark red and swept COMPLETELY to the right side, shoulder length . Claws and teeth are both bright blue naturally.
