A flurry of snow and feathers
Just experimenting with the new colour techniques; still room for improvement.
...incidentlly one is "male" and the other "female". But can you tell which is which? (Pro-tip: They aren't mammals, don't even bother trying to find a pair of boobs, there aren't any ;p)

(Exact feather and marking colours can vary between individuals, but the males always have high contrast bands on the tips of their feathers. For the same reason a female probably wouldn't even dye their feathers because it'd make them "look manly", kind've like a human male running about in a skirt xD)

I did have a sequel in the works that was just as much a mindscrew; it was really close to completion (6/8 acts fundamentally done, some art touch-ups needed, script all preplanned) and then the age old galactic adventures bugs started to kick in - plot critical items sinking through the floor, the day/night cycle resetting on reloading the adventure, just couldn't finish it without cutting too many corners :(
They have more in common with dromeosaurdiae (ie. raptors), which is pretty much right down the middle (Though they're not evolved from either). They're technically warm blooded (as in their generate and regulate their own body temperature), but their core body temperature is far far below that of a human.
