ahem
this may or may not be a character for voooore? idk
since I really can't draw vore, I maaaay not use him for it much

His spike things are used sort of like lightning rods. He can store and distribute about the same voltage as he can collect, his body can only stand so much without the nervous system collapsing, I suppose... Usually he has stored the amount of a single lightning bolt, which is several tens of thousands of volts, if I remember correctly. All the turquoise-or-whatever areas are his visible generators/distributors/whatever of electricity on his body. Mainly uses it for self defense and/or to damage the nervous system of his prey.
Or something like that, haha.
He likes to climb to the tops of trees during thunderstorms to gather electricity.
His saliva is like a black translucent goo of sorts, aaand is slightly conductive, hurrdurr.
On his wing-arms, he has 2 toes, a dewclaw of sorts and then the other two finger-like limbs branch out into the wings.
And the wing membranes are translucent as well, yeaaaah.
Alssooooo, one last thing sorry, he has several rows of sharp, jagged teeth. Sorta like a shark. Herp derp.
