Oh, Cara.
Believe it or not, I actually see how someone could fall in love with Cara, in spite of her, well, bitchy attitude. She has just enough self-awareness and the ability to evaluate who and what she is that I think there's plenty of room for you to explore who she is as a person and for her to start to redeem herself as a person. I know you said you weren't interested in telling stories with your characters, and I'm not suggesting that you should. But even if you never do anything else with Cara than what you have already, I still think she's probably the most compelling character you've put together yet. She's a nasty, hateful sort of girl, but when you draw her in moments like this, my heart breaks for her. That's more than I can say for the vast majority of characters out there.
Again, I'm sorry if I'm reading far too much into your character or your ideas. The last thing I want to do is to try to suggest how a character who doesn't belong to me should be developed. But I just can't help but find Cara fascinating.

That's very true. In general though, this is the type of girl that would take a long time to find someone who wants to bother to find what she is deeper inside. So far, from what I've thought of Cara, she's been through tons of relationships and most are the handsome, popular guy types, the ones who only want one thing. She pretends not to care, but she does. But, while at first I only wanted her to be a random character with attitude to draw, I want to develop her. Despite what people think and hope, people rarely ever fully change and I don't envision Cara changing completely and becoming super nice. But, I can see her start to care more and not be as bad as she is, first starting to reveal true feelings for the boyfriend I want to make for her, her mask cracking bit by bit while still being partly how she always was.
I actually am interested in telling stories with my characters, I meant more that I'm not a writer, so actual written stories probably won't happen. Though to be honest, this is the first character I've actual had real, good ideas for. Usually I say "this girl is bubbly and cute. That's it".
No worries at all! People are actually helping me with ideas for her by commenting on it.
