Little Neko, Winter time
I wanted to draw little Neko in a winter themed picture. Originally, I was going to have the ourfit be brown shades and some orange but I wanted to give her something colourful for once with still a touch of brown.

For a long time I hated Summer to be honest and still kinda do, was always a bigger fan of Winter. It's because I get sick in heat and only recently, while still do get sick, I've been better and now I get cold in the winter when I used to wear shorts to school when it was snowing haha
Depends where you are and how old the child is, since older kids usually can take the cold better. Some places, winter isn't as cold and from what I remember, Germany is pretty darn cold haha. Some leggings are thick as pants to keep you warm though or some wear jeans under a skirt.
