Contest Prize for 
from the contest I had a while ago.
They wanted a pic of their character Dr. Insonne about to take over the world (simply a pic of them with a death ray or something). I wanted to find a bit of humor with it all (seeing as how I really need some right now) so that's why the victim is a earth beach ball (sorry to all you toys, I don't mean anything against you guys). The ray is simple but I like the lightning.
Hope you all like, Got it done in one sitting which I'm glad about, getting through that check list.
