boiled eggs that are cut in half, remove the yokes and mix them with mustered, mayo, pickle relish (optional i think) till smooth and to taste, then you put the mixture back in the egg halves and lightly sprinkle with prepreka (also optional) , i colored my mix and used a bag to pipe it so it looks prettier
no problem, i enjoy making them and eating them myself and they always seem to be a hit at family gatherings tho im not sure if its the colors or the flavor in truth XD and if you do color them like i do remember that food coloring will penetrate any absorbent surface they touch which means skin to lol
