Roger Meditow, the geography/anthropology teacher of the Poké-Combat Academy. Takes a good amount of pride in his work, making sure that every student who enters his classroom hears and understands every word he says. He'll spend a whole class going over one point of his lesson if he thinks the students aren't getting it. Odds are you probably had a teacher like Meditow in school.
No, he's not missing his left hand, he just has the unfortunate habit of putting one hand behind his back when accentuating a point. [Read: I was too lazy to draw his left, so I made up an excuse.] Also, I swear I've seen that outfit of his before, but I just can't figure out where. Still, shit, these guys are fun to draw!
