Going through the family photo album, I came across this old photo of my great great great great grandpa. Herding has always been a part of the family, and he was no stranger. The Best in the West, sheep rustlers beware.

They say shortly after this photo, he tripped on a log right back into that prickly thing behind him; 17 needles in his tail. I'm sure that saying 'dont hug cacti' still rings true today...

This was a really fun contest, and I actually found a whole new appreciation for black and white photography. Sometimes things are just better black and white ;)
