Well it's possible to use Isaac Asimov's three laws of robotics. It couldn't harm a human, it obeys unless that harms a human, it protects itself unless that harms a human or disobeys. So it doesn't inflate unless you tell it, and it stops before it hurts you. No choking on cleavage. Besides, why would you want huge breasts? They don't give milk, and it's not sexy to just flop around. No, show me firm bouncy breasts...
