Hasn't happened to me yet, but there was a journal a few weeks ago about someone on dA who had lots of stolen art. I saw the originals here on FA, and the obvious copies on his page. He basically just traced them and changed the colors, and then not only claimed it as his own, but was even selling them. I hope he gets banned.
I would be ok with people sharing my stuff as long as they give me credit and link back to me.
