This is something new my computer had decided to do, its pretty bad.. I would have screen cap'd. but unfortunately when I do, it will show up all pretty and proper, and I can tell, even though the monitors like this, and also tested out streams, it will also come out normal on there. so this is the only way to show you what I see. Help ;A;

Btw, I know its a graphics card problem. the card is litterally burnt about and I don't have enough to replace it.
