Unfortunately, due to it being marker, it does fade over time, mostly if you leave it out in direct sunlight. But the brand of Copic is quite long lasting and sticks well to fabric, acting almost like a dye. Of course it works differently on different fabrics, but it seems to cling really well to non-slippery fabrics like fleece, minky, and some faux furs with non shine finish.
