Season two is not on Netflix yet, which is where she gets named, and the redub removed her name entirely from the show. No renaming.
Also, the DVD release of the episode in question has been left intact. Their is nothing in the show that names her Ditzy Doo. Ditzy Doo is not official cannon, however, Derpy Hooves is the name given to her on all officially licensed merchandise.

They re-dubbed her and Dash's lines but didn't add in the Ditzy Doo name, they just removed the "Derpy." The original DVD release is still intact, but I'm sure any future DVD releases will have the re-dub. "Derpy" is not on any official merchandise.
So yeah, Ditzy Doo is totally her name. Long live Ditzy~ And her fantastic mane in this pic. XD
