yet another new character i have so many :X wiggy koopa is one of my "evil" characters and no i don't mean bowser's style of evil...he will do violent things to you if he gets the chance x3 expect those kind of things from him if i include him in any further pictures

I like his eyes and hair though, his design is indeed simular to two koopas im no longer familiar with. But i do remember what they look like. I liked The crazy one. Some of the pics he was in gave me major boners
