Pock again. Done in Paint tool Sai with a real bird's skull used as a reference this time. I'm growing rather fond of this character.
Title is a reference to the Hunger Games. The idea being that he's eaten a lot today, but nothing is filling him up. He finds that rather depressing and wasteful.
