Well it is done! I started modelling Solon in Zbrush on May 13th. I enjoyed it thoroughly and learned much. I hit a few hiccups on the way because I purposefully modeled him in such a way that I can turn around and in a short amount of time set him up to be printed in 3d as a miniature.

Everything you see except the sky was done in Zbrush. The sky was done in Photoshop.

If I manage the time I will also set that up with a pedestal and make a second contest submission.

I also will make a small set of pics of the progress of this from start to finish and put that in scraps if anyone is interested.
