This is (at 1/3 scale), an uncaptioned version of Page 17 of 'Turning a New Page', the backstory for one of the characters in Project Future.

...but it seemed such a shame to cover his armour up with all those speech bubbles.
In this page, Page has slain a bunch of rather aggressive pirates, and then finds himself negotiating with the mayor of Ha'Khunn, who wants him to kill the demonic pirate captain also.
