Six Character Cel Shaded Commission for

HAY GUYS, HAY! You've all seen a few unfinished crops that I uploaded recently of this, and now it's finished! I'm actually really proud of this piece; all of the individual characters look so nice. Mahiri gave me some artistic freedom when it came to designing the markings and even some input on the characters themselves, so I had a blast making this from start to finish. I even was able to put in my own bone hydralisk character, or at least it's claws anyway. You can see them holding some sort of delicious looking beverage in the bottom left. ;D
So yes, a casual underwear party! Sounds quite fun actually, lol. Lazarus (the bearded vulture at the top) is kind of breaking the rules, but you know how old men are. :P My personal favorite is Sarty I think (the tiger on the right), his markings just turned out so nice. Ah well, I could probably talk about how much I like this one for days, so I think I'll just shut my trap and let you all enjoy it yourselves. :)

Yeah, she is one of my favorites in this picture because she is such an odd combination. I actually did a search for spiders a week or so ago and there really wasn't much to find, hybrid or not. I guess that makes sense, I mean most people hate spiders, but still! They make cool characters imo.
I know the feeling of completing something big like this. CONGRATS. xD
I like the composition of this, it's more interesting than just all characters in a row, yet you manages to show them all equally without covering someone up or cramping them in with one another. I find that very hard to do. :T

Aww, thank you! I spent a lot of time sketching up possible compositions for this group, so I'm really happy you noticed! Like you said, with so many characters it's easy to have one or two get covered up a bit too much. :x But yeah, I'm glad you think this one turned out good in that way! That is one of the most important things for a half ref/half pretty picture type thing like this, in my opinion anyway. ^.^
