Daughter of Bluesky and Cloudbrush. Also known in the family as Merry, shi is my third daughter.

I'm introducing hir a little out of order, you see shi is my third daughter with my Lifemate Cloudbrush. Shortly after we became denmates Cloud became pregnant with Darkshine, and I carried twins Stormcloud and Hollyfur. Shi is by far the most festive and unusual colored of my children, or most chakats I have seen for that matter. Shi was actually the first of my chakats I began to color after getting the reference sheet from voxian. However as I was working on hir I decided some practice with a little simpler pattered kats would be helpful; hence my parents coming out first. Back to my children though, there are two reasons I decided to color hir first, one is that hir fur is so unusual I wanted to make sure shi looked right before shi appeared in an upcoming commission, and two my first and secondborn daughters each inherited my wings, and I do not have a winged chakat ref sheet yet.

About hir:
The blue coloration I received in my hair (and eventually wings) originally came from the families blue paw mark, and with my descendents it seems that they can end up with the paw mark, blue tint or coloration, or sometimes both. Hollyfur ended up with both, the blue turned what would have been yellow stripes into green ones. Hir fur actually has a lot of shine that makes hir coloring closer to that of a holly berry and leaves, but I can only do so much in GIMP, so far... The two streaks of color along hir upper back are actually two separate clusters of feathers shi inherited instead of wings, I tried my best to convey their interesting sunset pinks and oranges, but I am sure in the future my efforts will improve.

Shi was born in late September of 2335, and has an E5 empathy, and K3 telekinesis rating. Much to my surprise, but not hir sire's, she chose hir twin Stormcloud as hir mate, the results of which are a story unto itself. Currently shi works at Stormcloud and Darkshine's business as a secretary and master hacker.
