A ballad rock'ish kinda tune, with the cerina as the main melody instrument and layered acoustic guitar in the bg!
Not much more to say ^^ The layered guitar is from my custom variax with both magnetic pickup and simulated acoustic output at the same time, and drums recorded by MIDI using my e-drumkit into superior drummer.
Hope you enjoy! ^^

Thanks much Felongo! :3
Yes it is! Its pretty much a long square profiled wooden spruce plank shaped and routed, painted, fitted 2 flatwound guitar strings to it using an old guitar bridge with saddles with a piezo pickup in it, guitar tuning pegs, tuned to D-A and played with a violin bow ^^ The signal sound really harsh right out of it, so I process it with some eq'ing, and also put a impulse response of an acoustic guitar body to the signal, giving it a "virtual body sound". The main reason for making it was to make an instrument to mimic the sound of a mongolian morin khuur, which I liked soo much after hearing it in some songs.
Hope that answers your curiosity! :)

Well yeah, I'm a guitar player myself so I understand pretty much what happens here interesting though, it's cool to see that you created your own instrument and mastered it ^^ I mean really, bow instruments are already hard enough to learn XD
AND nice tune, I almost forget to mention :3

*gets confused by cryptic wroos and giggles* Uhh huh okey!
Ah I see so thats what you ment hehe! Quiet enjoy making these kinda calm and gentle tunes aside from my more rock/metal nature hehe! :3 Multi tracking it is fun especially with harmonies, maybe track it over again so many times it would sound like a string orchestra?? *gets ideas*
