Next time this happens, click the print screen button, sometimes shortened to PrtScn or something to that effect, usually near the scroll lock and page up keys. Click it, and then go into something like paint or some other program, and then press CTRL + V. It should paste a screen capture of your screen onto the thing, then just save, upload to something like photobucket, and then give them the link. ^ v ^
