As part of the documentation of my ongoing costuming project I figured I'd upload my progress.

The first image is just the materials collected so far. 4 sheets plastic canvas, the painting palette (It's going to be used to defuse the led's to make the eyeballs as well as the rat incisors), a 2 pack of sponges for padding, and the blue led lights for the eyes.

The second image is the basic head piece.

In the 3rd and 4th images I've added the sides to the muzzle as well as the front of the muzzle where the nasal cavity, and teeth will be placed. The back where the two side pieces connect is reinforced and currently where all the aspects of the head piece come together.

My next step is going to be adding strips of plastic canvas reinforcing to the cheek bones to further connect the head band to the muzzle. I'm also going to add some wooden crossbars along he jaw line and inside the muzzle to extra support
