Couple months ago, but it's my b-day present to 
seagullprophet (she really needs to upload stuff :P).
It's an inside joke. See, whenever she annoys me in RL, I unhook her bra. However, her fursona is a boy. Thusly, no bra clasp to unhook, and Windpaw's obvious frustration to that end.
If you think about it, it's quite clever.
By 'it' I mean me.
