Ah, well, that's part of the fun of being a Temporal Corps operative. Some of the pics show her early in her career (mid 20s), while others... :) But this pic and the schoolmarm pic by Bridget Wilde give the best indicator of how she looks nowadays. Those highlights in her hair are earned honestly... ;)
