"What should I do than? Waiting till he comes back on his own? He’s like a brother to me."
He felt the cold wall against his shoulder as he kept staring at her with his piercing glowing eyes.
"And who I am? I am your sister. I am your family."
"Just because we’re not from the same blood, doesn’t mean that he is not my family at all. He saved me once. I have to save him."
"He’s strong; he’ll make it out of there on his own. And if you really want to save him, how do you think you will find him? It’s not like they sent you an invitation card to join them. You’re still too weak, what kind of a help can you be for him?"
"I have at least to try it." He snapped at her. Suddenly standing straight without the support of the wall made him light-headed. He felt the pounding of his heart in his ears. He had to try it. He just had to. He felt this pain deep in his heart, like he felt before as he awoke screaming this night from a nightmare. He knew something was wrong, he just knew it. He tried to tell himself that it was only a nightmare but found himself soon grab the phone and call him. He didn’t pick up.
"I cannot let you do this. You still remember the last time you thought you can handle that?"
She recognized his look. The same look he had as Leo bought him back, covered in his own blood. She shook her head to get rid of the image of her younger brother being wounded. She still blamed Leo for it. She hated him and couldn’t understand why he still loved him like a brother.
He was deep in thoughts. He knew what she thought right now. He never told her the whole story. Leo made him understand that it was better that she was mad at him not at her little brother.
His unruly hair framed his young face as she looked at him. He was too young for this. He still couldn’t take care of himself. No, she won’t allow him to save a person’s life who nearly killed him.
Although he wore his weapons he looked so incredible young. She didn’t want to argue about this with him. She didn’t want him to risk his life to save someone he hardly knew. She had to make him stay. But how? She was nearly as strong as he and with his wounds she knew she could handle him. But she didn’t want to hurt him.
Again she looked at the young face of her brother. Than she noticed the sudden change in his look. She knew he was up to do something, but she couldn’t point out what. Still staring at her he began to move slowly…
Playing with textures is fun. Did I succeed? Dunno. Like the background. XD Wanted to draw this outfit since I had this story in mind. ^^ Like it so much.
