my small scale scythe test is a semi success.

to me this proves that hot glue can be a viable scythe blade, even with out reinforcement it's fairly ridged but safe.

but the glue sticks I have don't dry clear. I'm hopping that if I use a clearer brand of glue stick it'll allow the leds to light the blade further.

the third image is a new test with half the block run threw with fishing line the other side has a plastic tube the plastic tubbing give the best results and I'm hoping with a little tweeking and If I can find tubing that fits compleatly over the LED I should have a working plan for the scythe
