Some background:

So in this puppy version Fiona is a Vizsla puppy girl, she was born ages ago and was an explorer, on one exploration she found a cursed magical collar (as demonstrated in pics three and four) that when worn makes makes the wearer a cute puppy again; but doesn't actually make them younger, it's all in their head. But it also stops them from ageing.
The collar was a cursed gift designed to keep an immortal line of kings in power, whilst the magician that crafted it manipulated things in the background.
It clearly didn't work, sometime in 1930 Fiona found it and was stuck as a puppy minded adult.

Spring forward to present day and her owner adopts the little puppy girl and takes her collar off for a bath, only to find her puppy isn't so little after all.

From decades of wearing the collar Fiona needs the diapers she is pictured in having been a puppy for so long her body isn't quite up to where her mind was.

The collar also gave her very limited magical capabilities, which she rarely uses because it was a cursed collar and usually has very negative consequences when she uses magic.
