Aaand another done during that stream, although this time it's from my Black 2 version.
I recall Whimsicott being rather popular back when the first game barely came out. It seemed to have petered out though. :c
I'm admitdly not too fond of big, curly poofy hair but I realized I'm a sucker for anything very long hair that goes low on the back... so yeah. Tried to ake a bit of highlights/dyed frontal hair, not sur eif it looks good but eh, designing for now.
I made her arm a bit too large for her weight. That or she just trained that arm a lot for arm wrestling bets. I have no idea...
Part of the Charm-HAppy Trio from Black 2, she still knows Attract in-game too because Prankster + Attract + Stun Spore is hilarious.
