I'm not a huge Silent Hill guy but when I was researching what cards to put into my deck I ran across the Eye of Night. It's a card from Silent Hill's tarot deck and doing a little research shows that some people have put it into their own Rider-Waite tarot decks as it's another dark card along cards like the Tower and can symbolize a lot of things. So I signed up for a contest by  benanderson and I didn't get it but I liked his style a lot so I went for a commission anyway. I offered him his choice of a few remaining cards that need to be filled in and he chose the Eye of Night. This very surreal and amazing piece is the result. His eyes are black and thus can't see but his hands can and they're my usual solid red color. I haven't quite figured out the meaning for this one but I love how it came out!
