
2 1/2lb Pork Roast, 3 medium potatoes (halved then quartered), Dill, Marjoram, 4 Cloves garlic (whole), One can plain tomato soup, One medium onion, 2 cloves, 1 1/3 water, 325º for 2~3 1/2 hrs.
Slice the onion into rings, put the soup on a 9/13 oven pan. Slice the raw pork sideway, only half way through-place one of the slices of onion, close the opened slice. Make 2 crossway small cuts in the top of the pork for whole garlic 1 in each cut, then one clove. Push each whole garlic as far as in, then place the clove in. Place the roast in the 9/13, space the potatoes around the roast. Add the water. Sprinkle dill and marjoram all over the whole dish. salt (to taste or necessity). Cover with foil, cook for 2~3 1/2 hrs at 325º.
