Yep... two years ago was a long, long time... they hadn't even translated what the english names of gen V pokemon would be yet...

Well to try and help deal with stress I've FINALLY gotten back around to finishing and posting her ^,^; I'm quite happy with her final design to be honest so I hope you like here too...

General Appearance: She looks like a four or five year old girl. Thanks to her stunted growth she’s extremely underdeveloped in all areas and still looks a lot like she did when she was six years old. Short, soft, rounded, and rather babyish it’s near impossible to tell the little psychic type is actually a freshman at the PCA. She has a slight chubbiness to her but it’s only really noticeable around her cheeks. She normally wears her hair in a childish looking style simply because it’s how she’s always had it…



Clothing Style: Dresses, dresses, dresses. Tabitha’s entire wardrobe is composed of dresses of all styles and colors but all fancy and expensive… mostly because she either has to get them custom made for her size or wear small children’s clothing, not that it matters. Even the most mature dresses look childish on her. The only recurring theme among all of the outfits is they’re very proper and formal for most normal occasions.



Accessories: Tabitha rarely accessorizes and when she does it’s usually just a simple bracelet or a hat that matches her dress. On occasion she has a small handbag with her.

Personality: Prim, proper, formal, and a little bossy Tabitha was raised for most of her life to be a high class lady. She has a very strict view of what proper manners and etiquette is and has no qualms about forcing those views onto others, often loudly and incessantly. Having spent most of her life in high society (aka locked away in her family’s mansion) she has little to NO clue how to act around normal people and is trying to tone down her normal attitude enough to try and learn how she should act… though the results have been mixed at best. The main thing to remember is that treat her with even the slightest amount of respect and she’ll respect you fully back in return… treat her like the small child she looks like though and she’ll make your life miserable (Nanny is the only one allowed to get away with that). Having only been exposed to rich folks for most of her life she is incredibly curious as to how normal people live and has a bit of a soft spot for anyone who’s in financial trouble simply because she doesn’t know what that’s like and imagines it must be absolutely horrible. For the most part she’s a decent, if a bit uptight, teenage girl in a little girls body who wants to be able to move on with her life beyond that and has a sweet side that you just have to look a little bit deeper for.

History: Born tenth child and eighth daughter of the Moreau family there were certain expectations placed upon Tabitha from an early age… namely that the moment she evolved that she would be set up to be in an arranged marriage to the son of a wealthy family.

For hundreds of years the Moreau family has been well known for several things. The girl’s finishing school and the maid academy they owned and ran being two of them. But the thing that they were most known for was their tradition of marrying their daughters off to wealthier and more influential families as a way to help increase their own wealth and power base. They’ve been doing it long enough that it’s not even thought of as a way to garner influence anymore and is considered more of a time honored tradition… though they still enjoy the power and wealth portions of it. To this extent they teach their daughters to be perfect high class ladies, both skilled in being perfect wives and shrewd business womon, able to alternate between handling money perfectly and being a perfect bride for their husbands to be.

This was the life Tabitha was born into and raised in. Growing up as a little girl and watching her two older sisters closest to her age be put into arrange marriages to people they had never even met the strong willed little Gothita decided this wasn’t for her and to do something about it. Already considered a prodigy at age five she decided to put her plan into action… and did something so impossibly stupid NOBODY could have seen it coming.

Sneaking away from her mother she went to the room where her family stored all the gifts that other wealthy family gave them but they either didn’t like or didn’t want to have where people could see them and took an everstone from there. Not really having any place to hide it on her person that her family wouldn’t find it Tabitha did the only thing she could think of. She swallowed it. The sheer panic that broke out through the family afterwards is still spoken of in hushed whispers by the less fearful servants.

The long story made short was that since Tabitha was already smaller than the normal Gothita and the stone was rather large (choking on the thing nearly killed her in the first place) operating to take the thing out was ruled too dangerous to her health and psychic removal of it was also risky. By the time they finally decided on a course of action Tabitha had ended up digesting some of the stone. Though they managed to get it out eventually this fact proved to be both the blessing and the curse Tabitha had hoped for. With the stone coursing through her bloodstream she couldn’t evolve and since this was a rather unusual case the doctors were unsure of how to handle it other than “Wait and See” which managed to solve the whole “Married off when she evolved” issue… but thanks to the same stuff coursing through her Tabitha’s growth has been stunted to the point where she’s barely physically matured any from age five.

Eager to sweep this under the rug and keep it from becoming public knowledge her family classified it as an “Accident” and took steps to make sure Tabitha rarely if ever left the family mansion. One of them was to appoint her a Nanny. This Nanny in particular had been Tabitha’s mother’s bodyguard, personal assistant, and when she was too busy for her own children she watched and helped raised them. Having worked with the Moreaus for about forty years they considered appointing her Tabitha’s nanny a “Retirement” for her. This was probably the best thing they could have done for Tabitha as the Machamp helped ground her and teach her the common sense and many other things her family normally paid no mind to.

Eventually she grew up and during one of the get togethers she was actually allowed to go to she met a distant cousin she’d only heard about up till then, Nigel Garkirl. From what she knew about him she considered his refusal to evolve into a gallade and evolution into a gardevoir a SUCCESFUL version of what she had attempted and she idolized him for it. Taking every opportunity she could to follow him spend time with him.

When she learned he was attending the PCA she set about the task of convincing her parents to let her go all the way to Kanto to attend school there. After many failed attempts they finally relented… but only because they’d decided that she could serve as a kind of “scout” for more potential wealthy families for the Moreaus to rub elbows with. Though she wasn’t quite happy with being used like this she considered it an acceptable price to pay to finally get out of the mansion and get to spend more time with Nigel. So she packed up and headed to Viridian with her nanny and two personal maids to attend the PCA. To be honest she’s more than a little sure she won’t fit in too well… but compared to spending all day wandering the same place and going unnoticed she relishes the opportunity.

Fighting Style: She has no formal training in combat whatsoever thanks to how she was raised and Nanny’s few attempts at teaching her anything about it pretty much only covered the bare basics on how to “Hit the other guy and not get hit” To this extent she uses her natural gifts for using her psychic powers to pretty much beat on the opponent from a distance till they go down.

Miscellaneous Facts:

- While she tries to act like a dignified lady usually she has a few “Little Girl” associated things she’s actually quite fond of. Her fancy princess style canopy bed, her various dresses, and her collection of expensive dolls are just a few of them.

- Due to upbringing she is very, very big on manners and proper etiquette to the point of correcting people who slouch around her among other things. She’s trying to reel this in while at the PCA but so far she hasn’t managed it.

- She’s staying at a small (by her family’s standards) mansion on the outskirts of Viridian while she attends the PCA. It’s there she’s expected to entertain guests from other rich family’s and help build the family’s connections… she’s personally just dreaming about maybe making some friends and potentially using the extra space to hold one of these “Slumber Parties” she’s heard of.

- Tends to easily crush on any boys who show her attention or affection, though they’re usually short lived at best. Nigel is her longest running crush to date.
