i'd settle for an intro award, but normally they don't spotlight IDM, ambient, or experimental tracks. at least from what iv'e seen.

Halloween was all right for me! The annual party my household hosts each year on the Saturday before (or on, depending on the year) Halloween was fun. Work was more stressful, though: I work as a caregiver for adults with mental retardation/developmental disabilities. The Halloween party there for the clients basically involved me running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to keep everyone in the right place and to stop them from all getting too much into the buffet...all thanks to poor planning on the part of the administrative staff.

Extra good spotlight! Great songs. Since today is Thanksgiving, I'd like to say: I'm really grateful that you do this, Asia (and everyone who helps you when you're out, too!). You've brought so much excellent music to my life.

So, does "a few a week" mean once every two weeks?

Actually I'm in the midst of recording one right now.

I don't expect everyone to keep tabs on what I'm doing, so I apologize for the unannounced delay. My grandmother passed away and we're still dealing with that, and will be for months to come as we work out the inheritance, cleaning out her home, etc. It's something that is leaving me with little time and really little happiness. I don't want to record a show that is just me sobbing through all speech.

At her funeral many of us caught a respiratory virus, one that my doctor is saying can last up to three weeks. I'm almost through it, but op top of everything else it's exhausting. Keep in mind that I also work full time, and overtime during the holiday season.

I apologize that the voluntary time I put into this group isn't enough to keep you satisfied. I do promise that I will catch up.

But yay, thanks for the spotlight :) oh and I have all my songs up online to buy now and am giving away my first album for free (See below)
