We'll be doing the same package presentation with the original art and all graphics and a blank CD with the graphics on it. Just like if you presenting the final designs for approval before pressing. Smudge was very helpful when it came time to get the foreshortening correct on both Melody and Beat. In the long run though it seems to me that getting characters that people can relate to is a result of you relating to the those characters yourself. Sometimes that just means sitting down and talking to them about the weather.
