Here's a new artwork of mine again, and as you see it's my beefy white foxy-myself again. =3
The background is simple this time, such as the pose is, a classic archer pose to show off those nicely bulging muscles quite well. ^^
I think the BG and the pose fits very good to each other in a nice harmony, and as you might guess, I love red curtains for a BG. >w<
DJ is not having a contest on stage, it is just a simple photoshoot in the evening after he won the strongfur contest... yes, Demi sure is a very strong foxy. ;3
Anyways, pics tell more than some thousands of words, simply enjoy it, I just hope you all like it =3

Like it? Darkfox bro...I love it! :) It is another awesome work of anthro muscle art by you and another great DJ artwork by you also :) This big wolf also loves the pose and will have to remember to perform this pose on stage also someday ;) The simple background works very well for this also and the red curtain contrasts nice with the red Speedo posing suit that DJ is wearing :) I can also see a bit of reflection on the floor of DJ also...very cool :) Another masterpiece artwork by you for sure bro :)
As I recall you asked for a comment in a less "analytical" style (but not short, either)!? So here it come.
You've mentioned the background's lesser amount of details... I really agree to you. It's a stage here and the parquet floor along with the curtain really work well together.
Also, the curtain's colour and the fact that it's almost opening here... it's just nice and NOT boring at all! ^^
The floor has a very great mirror effect of the character AND the wooden textures are simple, but perfect! I can see that it's supposed to be polished wood - in this case, I guess parquet. :3
After so many "landscape" backgrounds, this setting here is a very welcome change.
About the character "DJ"... there isn't really much to say, 'cause he is YOUR fursone and your best character, so to speak. But I'll write some words about him, anyway.
First of all, the "archer pose" is very dynamic - even if the character is not moving, at all. His stretched and muscled body brings out every string and muscle... everything is visible and stretched in a powerful way. Of course, you know your business - such as the perfect anatomy and very fine muscle work. ^^
BUT there is another, sexy aspect: if he would be human, he would show a lot of skin... in this case: a lot of splendid, white fur!! Only his head, the tip of his tail and his (nicely fitting) speedo show us a different colour - which is a welcome contrast. But hell, I like seeing so much BODY, har har har!!! :3
Also, the shading is very, very well done. The first part, which hit my attention, was his left hand - raised to the air. The shadow cast on his lower arm is small, but effective and great! The room's light source is highly believable and the shading is just well done.
Most of all... it's just hard to shade a WHITE character without (!!!) making him look "dirty". But you did it well!
OH, talking about the hands... we seldom see the "pads" from his hands - which is also a welcome change. Most of the time, you give him fists... closed hands. In this case, they are open and I really like it. ^^
So, in the end... a very nice, awesome piece of art and I am REALLY glad for the changes in detail here: a less detailed background is a welcome change! Same goes for the strong, sexy body. ^^"
Keep it up! Thanks for sharing.

*grinst*

I must say that this pic caught mi attention, the way you made the scenary, especyally the floor´s details, wow that´s a special touch, the way you drew his hands for some expressions with the pose is a good supporting aspect, and the coloring ooks amazing for sure ^ ^ And well, there´s no need to say that you perseption with the anatomy is superb heheh. Great work man ^ ^
Purrrr, for sure the biceps are the stars of the show here ... showing the difference between a thick flexed bicep, and a stretched one, yet both are striated, and sexily vascular <3
But damn, I still can't get my eyes to stare away from the abs that you draw. >////>
And that pose really works for Demi too, as he can show his whole body, and really show it off gloriously
