Another picture in Aramis' genet world, one of them has noticed Three wears a lot of crosses on her neck and their blacksmith has made her a mithril cross as a gift. He doesn't understand the significance behind it, but understands that it's important to her so he crafted one.

And a new chapter to the story is ready: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9422461/
I'm starting to like the blue ink in this series. It gives everything a sort of otherworldly, dreamlike feel, a subtle cue that everything here is brighter and more vibrant.
The blacksmith here reminds me of my brother-in-law, who used to work as a chef until he switched to a job with better hours. One of the things I learned about being a chef is that it's a job that will literally take a piece out of you again and again and again. A chef that doesn't have burns and scars all over their hands and forearms is probably one that doesn't work very hard. Though I've yet to see one that had splashes of molten cheese burn holes through their ears. Ouch!
