A reference commission for 
ucrodevil of one of his characters that he RPs, Qismah. You'll find that her outfit is based off of Legend of Korra with changes to the colour. Qismah is a monk that lives up in the mountains so all of her clothing is fur lined.
My first time having a go at a scalie girl, let alone a dinosaur. @_@ I wanted to try to get the back plates laid out in a decent manner.
Anyways, her right arm glows blue which I absolutely adore (WOO GLOWIES!)

Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou for the excellent work in designing this character, to have nailed so accurately with nothing more than text reference is simply fantastic, I can't really express how happy I am with this so I'll just say I couldn't be more pleased with how it came out

Very nicely conceived. I especially like the styling of the clothes to work with her plates and tail. And I approve of saurian martial arts too. Many dinosaurs got body parts meant for fighting, better train to put them to best use. (Though I admit I myself am rather... not skilled or trained to use my own spiked tail *grin* )
