Although, in a lot of the sea faring novels I read, the captain's harshness is sometimes a front. Would I be out of my place to say Spitfire might only be a "right tarter" for the cadets? It's just a thought; we'll have to see!

Oh, it's obviously a bit of a front. In every other context she's all laid back. I just admire how she has the personal discipline to make that shift when it's called for. A true professional, that pony.

I'm not a huge Dash fan, but I really liked the new episode. Success at the expense of ethics isn't acceptable. That's a message we should be hearing more often.

I like how she already had that belief from the get-go; but that the tornado incident was the tipping point where she was prepared to call out the issue in the way that she did; that takes serious guts and loyalty. I am a huge Dash 'fan' (I'm not fanatic; I love her), and as such it wasn't my favourite episode, because there're simply better ones (though it may rival May the Best Pet Win in time). But I felt with her all the way, and yet it wasn't uncomfortable. It was a very enjoyable episode. Perhaps I would've expected more from a Wonderbolts episode, but this opened the door for more. Also, after the previous episode my pony life is already made.
