Told ya i played some Denjin Makai with a long time friend last time. Tulks/Tarukusu was only present in the japanese arcade version of that game maybe because muscles were too scary for the west until the recent gen games hahaha.
Anyway, i love both versions of this character, this outfit is from the first game, they added some interesting changes in the second game -Guardians - Denjin Makai 2 - ill sketch it up later.

Hahaha he escapes from an explosion, floats down using a parachute and takes out a Data disk from his fudoshi while floating down. Then ya see where his office is while he sits down and hears a call from HQ saying that tha disk is a fake and tha main character stole it - He uses his special move to rush out the window and dissapear x - D. Funny how tha second game was so rushed that there was no ending like this - or none at all.
